Everyone Needs Help Sometimes — Finding Your Safe Space

Life is unpredictable and incredibly hard at times. In those moments, it's nice to have a neutral person to talk to — someone outside of your daily life who will listen without judgment — where you can finally feel seen and heard.

I believe that everyone has an inner strength and the ability to adapt, learn, and grow. Most of us want to become the best version of ourselves; we just aren't always sure how to make the small, meaningful changes needed to find contentment.

A Personalized Approach to Your Healing

Because your life experiences, personality, and history are unique to you, your therapy should be too. No matter what brings you through the door, together we will uncover the personal and familial patterns that might be keeping you stuck, helping you rediscover joy and freedom in your life. You are not on this journey alone.

I can support you in the following areas:

  • Trauma
  • Anxiety / Depression
  • Relationship Struggles
  • Codependency
  • Anger Management
  • Couples Therapy

I use a hybrid approach using the following treatment models:

  • Psychodynamic Therapy / Attachment Therapy
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Internal Family Systems / Ego-State Therapy
